Honey-Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Shells

Ingredients
- Chicken breast, diced500 g
- Shell pasta (conchiglie)350 g
- Broccoli florets, cut small1 head
- Honey3 tbsp
- Low-sodium soy sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Heavy cream200 ml
- Grated Parmesan cheese50 g
- Butter1 tbsp
Instructions
Boil the shell pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Add the broccoli florets to the same pot for the last 3 minutes of cooking, then drain well.
While the pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Lower the heat and add the garlic, honey, and soy sauce to the skillet. Let it sizzle for about 1 minute until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
