One-Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

Ingredients
- Lean ground beef400 g
- Taco seasoning1 packet
- Pasta shells or fusilli300 g
- Beef broth600 ml
- Mild salsa200 ml
- Shredded cheddar cheese150 g
- Fresh spinach, finely chopped50 g
- Sour cream2 tbsp
Instructions
In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
Stir in the taco seasoning, then add the dry pasta, beef broth, and salsa. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let it simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
