Cheesy Taco Gnocchi Skillet

Ingredients
- Ground beef400 g
- Potato gnocchi (store-bought)500 g
- Taco seasoning1 pack
- Water1.5 dl
- Sweet corn (canned)150 g
- Shredded cheddar or mozzarella200 g
- Sour cream4 tbsp
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the taco seasoning, water, and corn. Add the potato gnocchi directly to the skillet. Stir well to ensure the gnocchi is coated in the sauce.
Lower the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. The gnocchi will cook in the sauce and become tender.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is gooey and melted. Serve immediately with a dollop of sour cream.
