- Ground beef500 g
- Yellow onion, finely chopped1 pcs
- Red bell pepper, diced1 pcs
- Taco seasoning2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce (passata)250 ml
- Sweet corn150 g
- Brioche burger buns4 pcs
- Shredded cheddar cheese100 g
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and bell pepper until the meat is fully cooked and vegetables are soft.
Stir in the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and sweet corn. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the meat perfectly.
While the meat simmers, lightly toast the burger buns in a toaster or on a dry pan until golden brown.
Spoon a generous amount of the taco meat onto the bottom buns, top with shredded cheddar cheese while still hot so it melts, and close with the top bun.
