Crispy Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Ingredients
- Ground beef400 g
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Flour tortillas (medium)8 stk
- Shredded cheddar cheese200 g
- Pickles, finely diced2 tbsp
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Yellow mustard1 tbsp
- Butter for frying1 tbsp
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and stir in the onion powder, ketchup, and mustard.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the finely diced pickles. This gives the meat that authentic burger taste while keeping it moist for the quesadilla filling.
Lay out the tortillas. On one half of each tortilla, sprinkle a generous amount of cheese, followed by a layer of the beef mixture, and another sprinkle of cheese. Fold the tortilla in half.
