  • Ripe mango, diced1 large
  • Red onion, finely chopped0.5 pcs
  • Fresh red chili, minced1 pcs
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped1 handful
  • Lime juice3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Honey1 tbsp
  • Fresh ginger, grated1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.

In a medium bowl, toss the diced mango, red onion, minced chili, cilantro, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
