One-Pan Creamy Taco Pasta
This week, we're merging two family favorites into one incredible, speedy meal! Our One-Pan Creamy Taco Pasta brings all the zesty fun of tacos to a comforting pasta dish, all ready in 30 minutes with minimal cleanup. It's a guaranteed winner for a busy weeknight that kids and adults will devour.

- Ground beef or chicken500 g
- Yellow onion, chopped1 pc
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Taco seasoning mix1 packet
- Small pasta shells or macaroni250 g
- Canned diced tomatoes with green chilies280 g
- Beef or chicken broth750 ml
- Cream cheese, cubed100 g
- Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese150 g

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the ground meat and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning until the meat is fully coated.
Pour in the beef broth, canned tomatoes (with their juice), and the uncooked pasta. Stir everything together.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat. Add the cubed cream cheese and stir until it has completely melted into a creamy sauce.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top, place the lid back on for 1-2 minutes to let the cheese melt.
Serve immediately, with optional toppings like sour cream, fresh cilantro, or crushed tortilla chips for extra crunch.
