One-Pan Cheesy Taco Gnocchi

- Mild taco seasoning35 g
- Crushed tomatoes400 ml
- Chicken broth100 ml
- Sweet corn150 g
- Potato gnocchi500 g
- Grated cheddar cheese150 g

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
Stir the mild taco seasoning into the browned meat. Let it toast for about one minute, stirring constantly, until the spices are thoroughly mixed and fragrant.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and sweet corn. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then fold in the uncooked potato gnocchi. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the skillet. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted and bubbly. Serve warm directly from the pan!
